Weltrend 2017 Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting Resolutions

| Hsinchu, Taiwan, June 15, 2017 –Weltrend Semiconductor (TAIEX: 2436) today held its 2017 Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting, which passed the following major resolutions: |
| 1.Acknowledged the 2016 Business Report and Financial Statements. Consolidated revenue for 2016 totaled NT$2.05 billion and net income was NT$141.77 million with earnings per share of NT$0.64. |
| 2.Approved the distribution of a NT$0.5 cash dividend per common share. |
| 3.Approved Amendment to the Procedures for Acquisition or Disposal of Assets. |
