| The WT5090 is a CMOS 8-bit single-chip microcontroller with Hardware LCD module driver Port & SPI interface & UART. It includes an 8-bit 6502 CPU core, 12K bytes RAM, 16K bytes ROM, External ROM Access capability maximum size up to 8M bytes, 32 programmable I/O with controllable Pull-UP resistors, dual 16-bit timer/counters, interrupt controller, and 8 channel of 12-bit A/D converter. |
