【 General Description 】
The WT51FU16/WT51FU24 is an 8-bit CISC architecture BLDC motor controller. It has16K x 8 embedded flash, 512 x 8 SRAM, 12V to 5V LDO power management, comparators for motor commutation sensor-less BEMF detection, smart fan communication interface, in-fan programming functions and so on built-in.
The WT51FU16/WT51FU24 can directly operate in 12V BLDC motor system without hall sensor. The WT51FU16 in a QFN16 package (4 mm x 4 mm) is suitable for single-phase BLDC motor application while the WT51FU24 in a QFN24 package (4 mm x 4 mm) is suitable for three-phase BLDC motor application.

● 512 Bytes of RAM (256 Bytes of standard 8052 internal Data RAM + 256 Bytes of external RAM)

● Dual 16-bit Data Pointers (DPTR0 & DPTR1)

● Built-in Sensorless BEMF Detection Circuit

● One Watchdog Timer (WDT)
● One Watch Timer
● One UART (UART0), supports baud rate 2400bps ~ 460800bps (at 24MHz)
● Emulated E2PROM
● One master/slave I2C interface
● 10-bit Analog/Digital Converter
● 14 external Interrupt IRQ pins (IRQ0 ~ IRQ4, IRQ6 ~ IRQ14)
● 15 programmable bi-directional I/O pins
● Low Voltage Detection Reset (LVDR) and under voltage lock out (UVLO)
● On-chip Power On Reset (POR) and Low Voltage Reset (LVR)
● Built-in single-wire In-Circuit Emulator (ICE) and In-System Program (ISP)
● Read Out Protection
● Operating voltage range VBB=VIN: 5V to 15V
● Operating temperature: - 40℃ to +105℃
● Package: QFN16 (4mmx4mm) for WT51FU16, QFN24 (4mmx4mm) for WT51FU24
