【 General Description 】
The WT8881/2 is a highly integrated digital controller for digital photo frame application. It supports both analog and digital TFT LCD panel outputs and provides basic digital photo frame functions, for example it can read JPEG file from SD/ MMC memory cards then through JPEG decoder to display in the LCD panel. This IC has total panel output and control functions, for example TCON, Vcom, Vgh/Vgl, LED B/L controller and touch panel controller etc. This IC and its application software provide clear picture and easy use user’s interface (UI) to communicate with users; users can use touch screen, key pad and remote controller to do function choice and browse pictures. Besides UI, decoding speed and picture quality are also important characteristics in this IC.
